Digital Business Cards YourCard.in allows users to create and publish digital business cards and profiles. You are responsible for the information you add to your digital business card, including: Name Business name Contact details Email address Website Social media links Business address Professional information Images and logos Services and other information You must ensure that the information you publish is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of another person or business.
Public Information Digital business cards and profiles are designed to be shared. Any information you choose to make publicly available through your digital card may be accessible to people who receive your card link, QR code, NFC card, or other sharing method. You should not publish confidential, highly sensitive, or private information that you do not want publicly accessible. You are responsible for reviewing your digital profile before publishing or sharing it.
Physical Business Card to Digital Card Feature YourCard.in may allow users to upload photographs or images of existing physical business cards to assist in creating a digital business card. You confirm that you have the right or permission to upload the images and information submitted through this feature. You must not upload: Information obtained unlawfully Confidential information without authorization Content that infringes another person's rights Malicious files Illegal or prohibited content Automated extraction, recognition, or processing of information from uploaded images may not always be completely accurate. NFC Business Cards YourCard.in may offer physical NFC business cards that connect to a user's digital profile. NFC functionality may depend on: Device compatibility Device settings NFC availability Internet connectivity Operating system behavior Browser functionality Other factors outside our control We do not guarantee that every smartphone or device will support every NFC function. Physical NFC cards should be used and handled appropriately. Damage, loss, misuse, or unauthorized modification of a physical card may affect its functionality.
NFC Card Orders When ordering an NFC card, you are responsible for providing accurate information required for fulfillment, including applicable: Name Contact information Delivery address Card customization details Other required order information We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, customization, location, availability, shipping provider, and other circumstances.
Online Stores YourCard.in may allow users to create online stores and display products or services. Store owners are responsible for: Product information Product descriptions Prices Product images Availability Taxes where applicable Shipping information Return and refund policies where applicable Customer communication Order fulfillment Compliance with applicable laws YourCard.in provides the technology for creating and displaying stores but does not necessarily act as the seller, manufacturer, supplier, or fulfillment provider for products listed by individual store owners.
WhatsApp-Based Purchases YourCard.in may allow customers to contact businesses through WhatsApp to discuss products, services, prices, availability, and orders. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, transactions between a customer and an individual store owner are between those parties. YourCard.in is not responsible for: Product quality Product availability Delivery Shipping Seller conduct Customer conduct Product warranties Returns Refunds Disputes between buyers and sellers Users should verify the identity and terms of the relevant seller before making a purchase.
Prohibited Products and Activities You must not use YourCard.in to promote, sell, distribute, or facilitate illegal, fraudulent, dangerous, or prohibited goods or services. You must not use the platform for: Fraud or scams Phishing Malware distribution Illegal products or services Counterfeit products Harassment Threats Hate or abusive content Infringement of intellectual property rights Unauthorized financial activity Misleading business claims Any activity prohibited by applicable law We may remove content, restrict stores, suspend accounts, or terminate services when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable laws have been violated.
User-Generated Content Users may upload or publish content including: Images Logos Business information Product information Descriptions Links Text Other materials You retain ownership of content that you own. However, by uploading or publishing content through YourCard.in, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, and technically modify that content as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the services. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.
Intellectual Property The YourCard.in platform, including its software, design, branding, logos, graphics, text, interface, functionality, and other original materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not: Copy our website or platform Reproduce our branding Reverse engineer our software Modify or redistribute our platform Create unauthorized derivative works Use our trademarks without permission YourCard.in and associated branding remain the property of their respective owners.

YourCard.in does not request your UPI PIN, banking password, or other confidential payment credentials. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information necessary to complete your transaction.

The applicable price displayed at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction unless otherwise stated. Orders, Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Orders for physical products such as NFC cards may involve production and customization. Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund eligibility may depend on the specific product, order status, customization, damage, delivery circumstances, and applicable law. For customized or personalized NFC cards, cancellation or return may not be available once production has started, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective. Any specific refund or cancellation terms displayed during checkout or on the relevant product/service page will also apply. For digital services, refunds may be subject to the applicable plan, service terms, usage, and applicable law. Where a refund is approved, the refund may be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free. We are not responsible for information supplied by users, third-party services, customer behavior, seller behavior, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
